It is very important to make sure that you are in a comfortable and quiet space where you can easily and freely express your authentic (and sometimes heightened) emotions. Make sure that your computer, tablet, or smartphone is completely charged with good service.

During a past life regression, you may experience vivid imagery, emotions, and memories from what appears to be a previous lifetime. You may recall specific details about places, people, or events that feel unfamiliar yet compelling. While some experiences may be intense or surprising, my clients typically report feeling deeply relaxed and open to exploring their past lives. I will help you navigate your past life memories, explore in detail your previous death, have you communicate with your higher power/angel/spirit guides, help you gain insights, and integrate their experiences into your present life.

What can I expect during our time together?
Before our first session together, we will have a 30 minute consultation over the phone or on Zoom. Here we can discuss what it is that you would like to work on as well as where you want to be! I am available to answer ANY questions you may have about hypnotherapy during this time.
During our first session we will discuss in more detail where you are at currently and what you would like to achieve. Our first session together we will identify emotions and beliefs connected to your issue and then begin the process of entering into hypnosis where your subconscious mind becomes open to receiving powerful and positive suggestions to help you to begin to reach your goal. You will leave with a digital recording of the session to listen to until the follow up session.
Our second session together dives even deeper in the transformation process and working on those emotions and beliefs your subconscious has created. Each session is tailored to YOUR personal situation. Some modalities used may include Parts Therapy, Childhood Regression, or Breathwork. Each of these are designed to help achieve success on your path to change.
Our third session together, we continue to focus on clearing any additional emotions and beliefs connected to your issue. Again, we can use any of the above modalities as well as Past Life Regression.
Additional sessions may be needed outside of the three initial. Think about it this way...your subconscious has been around and creating emotions and beliefs since you were a child. While one can see significant changes and blocks cleared in a couple of sessions, additional sessions may be needed to clear more.
**Each session is approximately two hours in length. The three session investment is discounted to $405. See PACKAGES to book today!

You!! Everyone can benefit from Hypnotherapy. But there is one thing I ask of you before our first session together. Come motivated! I can help you and lead you on the path toward change, but you have to meet me halfway. I can not be the change for you. YOU have to want the change in order for this to work and be successful!
-
Yes!! However, a referral is needed by a qualifying physician if you would like to work on an issue that has been diagnosed by a mental health provider or physician. All you would need to do is ask your doctor for a referral. Together, we can then work as a team to help you reach your goals!
-
Absolutely NOT!! Hypnosis is a completely natural, yet altered state of consciousness. You will be fully awake and conscious during our entire session together. You will not do anything you do not want to do. You will not say anything you do not want to say. You will be fully in control throughout. You will also remember the entire session when we are finished. It is my goal to make you as comfortable as possible during our time together.

99% of the population can be hypnotized. A few factors that are key in a successful session include a motivation to change (even if it may be small), understanding of what will happen, understanding of what will not happen, feeling comfortable with your hypnotherapist, and following directives that the hypnotherapist gives you. It's as simple as that!
There are a few members of the population who may be more difficult to hypnotize and they include hearing impaired and developmental disabilities. It may be possible, but that determination would be made during the free consultation session.

Yes, there is a difference. Many people know hypnotists as performers or stage hypnotists. They hypnotize people in a group setting and make participants do strange and funny acts. While this can be true, hypnotists can also provide programming sessions to clients for a number of different issues. For example, hypnotists can work with individuals to stop smoking or to lose weight. They will hypnotize their client, and while in hypnosis, they will deliver powerful and positive suggestions to help the client reach their goal. Often times the session is recorded so that they can listen to it often in order to produce change. Hypnotherapists on the other hand, while they can and do offer positive suggestion programming, are able to take it a step further. Hypnotherapists are able to dig deeper into the subconscious mind and then work with the client to transform the issue using a number of different modalities including, but not limited to, Parts Therapy, Age Regression, Eye Movement, Breathwork, and Past Life Regression.

Most people express that they feel like they are in a deeply relaxed state, almost meditative. You are still able to speak and communicate. You may have a sense of distorted time after leaving hypnosis. For example, some clients feel like only 20 minutes has passed during a 2 hour session, while other clients feel like they have been in hypnosis for much longer. All is normal and completely natural. Some clients report feeling "heavy" during the session and others state that they felt light as a cloud. Each experience is unique to the individual and may even vary session to session.

I have over 500 hours of training from the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy in the state of Florida. I began this endeavor in April of 2021 and graduated in January of 2022 with my certifications in Hypnotherapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy, and Transpersonal Hypnotherapy. The Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy is the only Hypnotherapy state licensed school from the Department of Education in the state of Florida. I will be adding additional training including Interpersonal Hypnotherapy to my credentials soon.
**It is extremely important to do your due diligence and check your hypnotherapists credentials and training qualifications. Many programs and schools are not state licensed and some are able to be credentialed after as few as 40 hours. That is a big difference and could impact how quickly your issue is resolved during sessions.
